On Dec 6, a training of intellectual property and knowledge management was held in DSIC, who invited Xu Junfeng, deputy director of the State Intellectual Property Office, and Wang Xuefeng, a professor of Beijing Institute of Technology, to undertake the training. There were more than 600 persons attending the training, including partial DSIC’s leaders, middle-level leaders and a part of technology staff members.
Xu explained from the shallower to the deeper the contents of intellectual property in the three respects, such as entrepreneurship and intellectual property, the basic concept of intellectual property and the management normalization of intellectual property. Wang interpreted in words and pictures knowledge management, including the origin, the value to the enterprise and the examples.
The training was undertaken specially for DSIC’s middle-level leaders, and will help the middle-level leaders preliminarily master the concept, value and practices of knowledge management and deeply recognize the necessity of launching the management normalization of intellectual property and propelling knowledge management, which will exert positive effects on management and competition advantage of DSIC.
