Deng Yonghui, the Director of Overseas Training Management Division, the State Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs, and his party went to DSIC for an investigation, accompanied by CSIC Deputy Party Secretary and Director Feng Yongqiang on Mar. 14. DSIC members of leading group in Dalian and relevant departmental head attended the investigation. In the panel discussion, Deng said, DSIC is well known as the Cradle of Naval Vessels and has made outstanding contributions to the national defense construction and naval armament development with the Pillars of a Great Power built. After viewing the introduction presentation, the deepest feeling is the inspiring Spirit of Aircraft Carrier, which is a very good patriotism education for our Party members. In future, the State Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs shall as always do well in providing service support for expert talent so as to drive CSIC for realization of transformation and upgrading based on the national manufacturing power strategy and try to create the new situation of deep developing of military-civilian integration in the new era.
Feng Yongqiang expressed, DSIC subordinate to CSIC has a long history and is a pride of China shipbuilding industry with more than 80 No.1s created. The State Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs has provided CSIC and DSIC with a powerful backup in introducing expert talent all the time, which has guaranteed that construction of professional staff in various specialties keep developing and growing stronger. In future, CSIC shall speed up construction of the global innovation-type leading enterprise of Centering on Military Products, Military-civilian Integration, Technology Leading and Industry-finance Combination in the shipbuilding industry, and realize a high-quality development in the new era, which means more expert talents will be introduced undoubtedly. He wished the State Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs would furnish CSIC with more supports and helps in serving national strategy and external exchanges.
Later on, Feng Yongqiang accompanied Deng Yonghui and his party for a visit to work site, listening to the work report on DSIC’s Party building and Party building on the aircraft carrier.
