On the morning of July 7, GOLDEN FRIEND, the No.13 82,000dwt bulk carrier, was signed and delivered by Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co. (SSIC) of DSIC for Frontline in Norway. This is the third ship in the sery of eight ships being built for Frontline and the second ship to be delivered in less than one month by SSIC.
In order to reduce the impact of the epidemic situation as much as possible, while strictly implementing various epidemic prevention and control measures, SSIC carried out detailed sorting from the production plan, production preparation, personnel organization, process connection, system debugging, shipping scheduling and other aspects, carried out accurate measures, and mobilized the whole staff to roll up sleeves and clench fists to cope with the crucial task jointly .
Through the efforts of various parties, the mooring test, trial voyage and delivery of the ship have been steadily promoted, and the ship owner has highly evaluated the construction quality and performances of the ship.
